Vodafone Business Services - Acquisition Head  Key accountabilities and decision ownership   Subscriber Base Management :   - Achievement of Target customer acquisition for all segments being managed by the role.  - Ensure data attached with new acquisitions.  - Other VAS and products upsell as per company plan and achievement of such targets  - Ensure good Quality of acquisition and meet the laid norms at all times  - Ensure company strategy adoption and execution for acquisitions  - Achievement of FLD /FLV order booking target (only for Acg Managers who operate in non- Account Manager markets, hence doing HQ account management as well)  New Business Management :   - Segment projects management and achievement  - NHQ Account management for larger customer market share at accounts  Channel Partner Management :   - Profitable month on month management  - Achieving objective of company through active participation and investments by channel partner  - Channel & Infra expansion as per needs of the business  - Achieving no of productive sale desk and adherence to prescribed operational guidelines.   People Management :   - Associate management - DST or Channel partner resource management to imprint Vodafone DNA into people representing the brand in market  - Associate Efficiency and Productivity  - Seamless adoption of company GTM at ground  - Attrition control @ Associates   HSW compliance :   - Channel alignment and complete associate adherence of HSW policies  - Role model at all times  - Take action against violations mandatory
