Chartered Accountant  - Assist AOP exercise, Monthly/quarterly reviews, Analysis  - Meeting data needs of the Senior Management  - To liaise with various consultants, tax experts, advocates  - Cost sharing, cost allocation between group companies, TP - control, Intra group transactions  - Accounting Process documentation and designing process flow charts.  - To ensure all internal, management, tax and statutory audits are implemented without any adverse remarks/qualifications and if any adverse remarks/qualifications are expected due to reasons beyond self control bring such circumstances/events to the notice of CFO well in time so that appropriate action can be taken in advance.  - Sensitize management in good time, on possible financial risks and work together to mitigate the same.  - Timely closure of the agreed action points emerging from internal audits.   - Interact with cross functional teams to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, monthly results, documents review, reports and recommendations.
