Given below is a brief about the company.   About Company :   It has aggressive plans to build a strong presence in the luxury retail sector in India, spanning across various segments such as apparels, shoes, accessories, jewellery etc.   With their rapid expansion plans, they are looking for strong Visual Merchandiser that would provide strategic direction and enable them to build strong brand presence for their portfolio in India.   We have been given to understand that the exact size and nature of the portfolio will be decided depending on the profile and experience levels of the potential candidate.   Responsibilities :  - Coordination and action on ensuring overall quality of both external and internal visual merchandising elements facade, signage, promo-arches, banners, props, across 8 stores.   - Regular visits to stores across region for audit of quality of implementation of the visual merchandise upkeep across region.   - Ensuring better display planning, basic layout planning and lighting.   - Coordination and Implementation of visual merchandising for stores.   - Brand support, creation of window briefs, visual merchandising briefs and catalog layouts   Mainly responsible for the visual representation of the shop floor by maintaining high standards of visual proposition through use of new lines to continuously update and re-freshen the look of the store
