Title : Organisation Development Manager  Reporting Into : India Head HR  Job Location : Mumbai   Qualification :   - Any Graduate with a Master's degree in HRM.  - Candidates having OD certification from ISABS/TISS/SHRM will be given preference.  BACKGROUND :   - 8-12 years experience into Human Resource Management including at 6-8 years into Organisation Development function.  - Candidates from IT/BPO industry will be preferred  - Must have strong Organizational Design and Development experience  - Must have experience into Change management  - Must have experience into Culture Development and Collaboration  - Must have a natural bent of mind to develop capability, systemic thinking, succession planning and executive coaching.   - Strong exposure to top team effectiveness, coaching, leadership transformation will be a plus  - Should have designed and delivered Programs  - Should have enabled E-learning programs  CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :   - Conceptualize, Implement and define Organization effectiveness and development strategy, policies and processes including Performance Management, Organization Design, Career Development and Skill & Competency Management  - Lead, direct and drive the role and career architecture for the organization, lead the deployment and change management of the role and career architecture across the organization including job creation, evaluation and competency architecture and frameworks   - Create and maintain Competency Frameworks, conduct competency mapping and strengthen competency management levers   - Design career development frameworks and execute it to drive targeted outcomes   Conceptualize and design policies and processes for a robust Career Management Architecture in order to ensure appropriate recognition of potential and performance  - Identify and lead opportunities for consulting assignments within the organization to enhance Team and Org effectiveness and develop solutions based on internal and external research  - Conduct environmental scanning for latest benchmarks available in OD solutions and systems to improve function capability and effectiveness  - Lead the Learning/OD function at strategic leadership level, should have operated at high level of influence   - Integrate with corporate L&D function, experience in Human Capital consulting will be good   - Integrate processes and lead new initiatives in strategic workforce planning, forecasting, performance management and succession planning.  - Implement leadership programs, Conduct and facilitate leadership trainings  - Vendor management for programs and Learning effectiveness
