It offers Investment Banking, Securities, Financial Services and Investment Management services to corporate, Financial Institutions, Govt. and HNIs.   The company has been on Fortune Magazine's 100 best companies to work for since 1998.  Role Summary :   The India Wellness Vice President is responsible for managing the India Wellness function, manage the team and vendors, drive programs including oversight of day-to-day administration and managing employee escalations.  Key Responsibilities:   Working with the Wellness and Benefits Manager on policy and program management for Benefits and Wellness related activities including but not limited to on-site Wellness facilities, BCP and Risk Management and Budget/Finance Management.  Wellness:   - Policy and program design for Wellness-related activities including Health, Nutrition, Fitness, and Work & Family.   - Oversee policies including Medical Leave of Absence and Disability plans.  - Oversee communications and website management.   - Vendor Management.   - Lead activities related to vendor management including contract renewals, extensions and tender activity for the firm's health and medical centers and Children's Center.   - Project Management - develop and deliver key projects included in the business plans against agreed timelines.  - Regional and global forecasting and budget preparation.   - Be the firm's risk manager as relates to benefits and Wellness activities and provide strategic advice to mitigate and manage risks.   - Oversight and approvals.   - Process improvements.  - Manage activities related to vendor management including contract renewals, extensions and tender activity for the firm's policies.   Desired Skills and Expertise:   - Results orientated - ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines   - Attention to detail: strong focus on accuracy including review of vendors outputs   - Organizational Skills - strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail   - Flexibility - ability to multi-task and prioritise accordingly to the situation including demonstration of good judgment especially in crises/emergency situations   - Communication Skills - excellent communication skills (written and oral)   - Teamwork - ability to function well as part of a team in a fast paced environment that demands energy and creativity   - Approach to work - ability to work independently as well as to drive processes and decision making   - Analytical skills - ability to review current process and/or data and to draw and communicate conclusions   - Strong relationship management skills - ability to balance needs of the client with those of corporate control and consistency   - Client Service - strong client focused orientation   - Commercial/Financial acumen - ability to understand budget processes, vendor commercial structures and financial reconciliations/reporting   - Functional expertise: Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in a similar function.
