The candidate should be having 15-18 yrs of experience into Talent Acquisition (Delivery and Operations).  He would be responsible for India/Philippines/Malaysia and China region   We are looking for a tenured VP (3 yrs minimum) from a Tier 1 institute (Full-time)   Additional responsibilities :  - Designs develops Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)  - Define and implement an effective governance for hiring and onboarding of staff at all levels  - Extensive experience within a resource acquisition and development function within the banking or Financial services industry  - Strong local industry knowledge within India, Malaysia or the Philippines with regards to the finance industry  - Proven track record in defining, driving and delivering a people-focused strategy and plan  - Experience in building effective capability and performance development structure and tools  - Experience in working in a complex matrix-driven organization and demonstrable ability to navigate and influence a diverse set of senior stakeholders
