Investment Bank in Bangalore  VP- Swat   Bangalore  Responsibilities include but not limited to  - Lead a team of risk management analysts to provide analytically driven solutions for the strategic priority initiatives of the Risk Management organization  - Lead development of best-in-class core risk and profitability models and other decision support tools.   - Drive analytical thinking that can provide meaningful information for taking management decisions.   - Develop and Maintain Key Performance Metrics/Risk Indicators across key initiative areas  - Partner with colleagues across risk and operations to help drive a culture of risk awareness and proactive risk identification and assessment within the business.   - Provides leadership, coaching and mentoring to a group(s) of analytic professionals.   - Work with the Stateside and India colleagues across the Risk Management organization   - Drive a culture of management business reviews to review trends, issues and actions.   - Provide visibility to senior audiences on key issues  - Provide insight and thought leadership in identifying the next level of growth opportunities for the developing the practice area and team.  Qualifications  - 10+ years of consumer lending and /or retail bank experience, preferably for the US market   - Master's degree in business management, finance or other quantitative disciplines.   - Ability to develop, recommend, and implement financial risk strategies based on well researched facts and analytics  - Managerial experience in leading high performing teams with a track record of increasing responsibilities.  - Outstanding written and oral communication skills to clearly present analytical findings and influence across all levels of the organization  - Proactive communication and ability to engage seamlessly to bridge teams across multiple locations and time zones  - Strong organizational skills and ability to work within time constraints in a highly regulated industry.  - Experience in advanced analytic techniques applied to customer and risk valuation, ROI, design of experiment, segmentation and modeling  - Proficient in the following applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, SAS and SQL with experience in UNIX and relational database knowledge  - Sound functional knowledge of the consumer bank risk management practice.  Interested candidates please call 7892473752 or mail in your CVs
