Job description: Client solutions and Transitions:
- Leads a team of infrastructure services solution architects to understand customer requirements from proactive and reactive pursuits, create a winning proposal and proposition, working in conjunction with sales teams, technical SMEs, delivery teams, pricing and commercial teams.
- Develop innovative solutions and delivery models working with practice teams and delivery leadership, to produce innovative, differentiated propositions and ensure a high win rate
- Prepare the artifacts for solution defence presentations for global clients and effectively defend the solution against global competition.
- Take ownership to work with prospective clients during the complete pursuit lifecycle, till deal closure, including technical, commercial and legal discussions supported by relevant specialist finance and legal functional representatives.
- Negotiate and close MSA, SOWs and other documentation as part of deal closure.
- KPI would be achievement of TCV win target and opportunity win rate
- Transitions: Responsible for simple and complex transition of IS work from client teams as well as incumbent vendors in a global delivery model
Key attributes of the leader:
- Proven track record of solutioning, defending and winning infrastructure services pursuits including complex, high value, multi-year, IT outsourcing deals
- Proven track record of excellence, innovation in the current and/or previous roles
- Self-starter and hands on leader - with demonstrable credentials in organization building, running initiatives successfully and collaborating with multi-faceted teams for success
- Very good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong cross-cultural skills and experience.
- Strong business orientation and demonstrable negotiation skills, financial acumen and strong appreciation of service contracting
