Vice President - SMAC Application Leader

Responsibilities :

- The SMAC Application Leader works with leadership and subject matter experts, to build a holistic view of the client organization's strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets

- The role of the SMAC Application Leader is to take this knowledge and ensure that the business and IT are in alignment.

- Responsible for ensuring consistency in architecture and integration approach in large applications

- Plays senior architect role in a very large engagement Planning, Tracking & Estimation - Senior Architect for a very large engagement

- Represent the organization in customer-facing communication related to technical expertise

- Interacts with multiple clients (client senior developers and architects) to create technology standards, specifications as needed for an application

- Identifies choices and trade offs involved in designing and implementing a solution and communicates them to the client.

- Participates in client workshops like fusions. Runs workshops like planning, estimation and architecture specification workshop

- Develops and promotes architectural best practices and standards

- Identifies areas of focus and gains expertise through various activities like POC, research etc.

- Manages a large sized team and resolves issues and dependencies in the team along with the Project manager.
