Job Description :
- Promote the sale of our schemes with Premium distribution channel partners
- Make presentations and convince channel partners to push the sale of financial products of the firm
- Develop and maintain relationship with channel partners that will generate future sales and repeat business
- Refer client feedback and competitor activities to appropriate contact in the firm so that the firm can respond to changing market conditions
- Manage and guide the team members in attaining their sales targets
- Ensure all the training needs of the team are met
- Establish sales plans for the team in line with the strategy to meet overall targets
Competencies & Personality Traits :
- Proactive, Diligent.
- Good Analytical Skills.
- Should have good communication and presentation skills.
- The candidate should have an understanding of financial markets etc.
- The incumbent in this role must work to achieve objectives and deliver results with a long term tactical focus.
- Should have expert knowledge of retail channel sales.
- Must manage communication to negotiate and come into agreement through discussion and compromise.
- Should analyze complex issues and improve methods and techniques.
- Must be willing to work in high risk environment.
