Vice President - Product Engineering - Banking Products

- BS / MS in CS or related technical field - MBA preferable

- 15 to 20 years of overall experience in software development with at least 3+ years of recent experience building and leading product engineering teams (- 200 members)

- Proven experience around managing large teams across locations and managing multiple complex programs

- Deep and hands-on understanding of product engineering principles

- Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail

- Proven ability to successfully deliver on large engagements

- Proven ability to build world class products using Agile/Scrum

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Experience with Banking Products and specifically in Wealth management.

- Experience with Canadian or US Wealth Clients is a plus.
