- Design & execute the national marketing strategy including advertising, outdoors, BTL, DM, PR, creatives, digital etc & build marketing concepts, collaterals, w.r.t marketing needs of each retailer & location
- Prepare marketing plan & budget including ROI through economies of scale, build PR & outdoors campaign effectively; Build brand identity, positioning & architecture
- New ideas to generate revenues through sponsorships & alliances with brands; devise joint marketing & revenue enhancement programs with retailers
- Digital marketing including social media; research & analyze mall market trends
- Partner with the best event management companies for events targeted at very high end customers & socialites
- Manage 30 people in several locations + corporate heads
- Mature leader with strong management skills comfortable working in an owner driven company
- From luxury brand or FMCG or consumer facing business
MBA, 14-18 years experience, 38-42 years of age, lady or gentleman, Rs. 50-60 lakhs per annum
