Position Summary :

To lead DTH Business on a pan-India basis. Drive the three metrics of recruitment, activation and retention of new Distributors and Member with the objective of achieving topline & bottom line targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Managing overall responsibility of Business P&L, manage all Budgets and Spends.

- Develop, facilitate, articulate and implement National sales strategies across the key Metrics.

- Lead the team to recruit new Distributors, open new areas, build teams and help the distributors build networks under them in these areas

- Ensure high activity level and growth of the partners

- Formulate strategies for growth and expansion by area mapping to identify potential market, new area penetration, developing the teams to lead the area, contribute in product promotion strategy and design marketing tools accordingly.

- Build Strong infrastructure capabilities at both Font End & Back End to support Organization's growth Strategy.

- Monitor processes and performance and do analysis of Target Vs Actual Gap analysis bi-weekly.

- Coordinate for inventory, warehouse and distribution operation with internal partners

- Review Forecast SKU-wise stock requirement for the month and review stock availability - Plan Vs Availability.

- Ensure adherence to all statutory and legal compliances in the DTH business

- Build the various sales processes to augment and support business operations and business development, be closely involved with the entirely distributor sales-force and develop their capacities

- Lead the training, events & distributor communication team to ensure strong and structured training content for internal and external sales-force

- Succession planning, recruitment, retention and development of Key Talent in the Region.

Educational Qualification : MBA/PG

Experience :

- Total experience of around 14-16 years of which at least 5-6 years should be in at least 2 different multilevel marketing companies

- Should be have managed at least Zonal Head role of one of the multilevel marketing companies - Mumbai, South, North, etc.
