Description

As the VP- Litigation, you will be required to

- Interact with various business units and external counsels

- Creating a process for managing ongoing litigation and contentious matters

- Review and revise panel of external counsels

- Working with the product teams to reduce incidents and litigation

- Instructing and briefing counsels

- conducting timely reviews of live cases with business units and legal team

- Maintaining necessary MISs

Profile

You will come with

- 8-15 years of overall experience in in-house litigation management in Financial services

- LLB from a reputed law firm

- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
