We have the following vacancy:

VP/Head L&D : reporting to the Group Head-HR and responsible for all Strategic & Operational L&D at the Group.

Role :

- The Human Resources Function at our clients organization is distinguished by its leading-edge people practices. Its embedded Learning and Organization Development (L&OD) organization plays a crucial role in facilitating change and developing identified leadership competencies across the diversified business portfolios of the Group. It does so by considering specific individual needs of each business sector, and within the realm that forms out of the core values of the Group.

- The purpose of this role is to co-create the learning and development strategy of the Group, linking the Group and individual organization strategies, create a culture of continuous learning, collaborate with businesses and drive L&OD interventions in order to build their capabilities.

- The position will work closely with respective company HR Functions to drive all initiatives, and will be first amongst equals with respect to every Group Company's L&OD teams.

KRAs :

- Design and deliver capability building programs for development of talent across Group companies

- Drive the Capabilities and Leadership competencies at all levels across the Group companies

- Create and implement Development Action Plans for employees

- Develop internal L & OD capabilities across group companies

- Collaborate with external service providers and L&OD partners

- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Group companies

- Support L&OD teams in Group companies in designing and delivering customized development programs

- Drive e-learning initiatives across the Group companies

- Design and drive the Leadership Development interventions

- Collaborate and partner with others in the Group in all aspects of L&OD function

Key Challenges :

- Diversified Business Portfolio spreading across multiple business sectors

- Global geographic spread of the Group

- Businesses at different stages of learning curve in terms of change management initiatives

- Engaging and managing Senior Business & HR stakeholders across Group companies

Candidate Profile :

- Graduate / PG with 18-25 years of relevant work experience in Training & Development

- Conceptual strength on Learning & Development with awareness of contemporary methodologies

- High capability of Design and Delivery of programs in management and leadership

- Experience of designing and facilitating OD interventions

- High on collaboration and influencing skills to be able to work in partnership with Group companies as well as external stakeholders

- High level of specialization in Learning and OD

- High facilitation skills

- Exposure in large and complex business environment

- Coaching Certification, Certification in Organizational Behaviour preferred
