Position Specifications :

Role & Responsibilities :
Be responsible to manage and execute multiple global project / program delivery to include:
- Coordination with stakeholders in defining the scope, rollout schedule and plan of the various projects
- Organizing regular review meetings to track and update on the progress of projects
- Managing the risks and budget of the projects / programs
- Act as Relationship Manager from an IT Infrastructure perspective for the assigned business groups.
- Closely coordinate with the internal infrastructure functions to ensure seamless delivery
- Manage expense reduction and cost saving initiatives for Infrastructure by closely working with the concerned Expense line owners.
- Work with Business units to understand their demands and coordinate with internal EIS units to fulfil those demands in a timely and effective manner
- Conduct periodic review meetings with the respective business heads, CAO and other key points of contact and present the relevant performance metrics
- Identify synergies and efficiency improvement measures and implement the same for the business units
- Produce and analyse the various metrics and MIS reports to facilitate strategic planning and decision making.
- Develop and co-ordinate with the various groups for delivery of internal technology related management packs and presentations
- Maintain a complaints and complements register and follow-up on issues till closure
- Coordinate with overall internal EIS Service owners for effective BCP planning and execution for India Core infrastructure
Key Skills:
- 10-14 years of Industry experience on Technology Infrastructure domains
- Proven record of Technology Infrastructure delivery, preferably in an investment banking environment
- Experience on Project / Program Management and Business relationship/client management
- Strong experience on Engineering, Problem Management, Troubleshooting of infrastructure activities
- Strong experience on preparing Business cost / project proposals with detail technical analysis and recommendations
- Strong experience in business management, resource management areas
- Good presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Experience of working with a global team
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confident dealing with people at all levels.
- Strong team player
- Willing to take on responsibility and a strong sense of ownership
