- Working with the Line Function Head(s), translate the Region's Business plans into HR strategic and operational plans for their Business; monitor compliance and initiate corrective measures in case of deviations and ensure HR strategies and programs are appropriately implemented at the locations.

- Responsible for working closely with line management and executive teams and other functional areas to proactively address business issues related to workforce development and productivity.

- Responsible for Talent Acquisition, conceptualizing processes of induction and talent pool management.

- Develop and nurture professional relationship with peers, colleagues, business and senior leaders and build effective employee engagement strategy. Create opportunities for employees to build professional relationships and provide career mentorship to employees.

- Build engaged, inspired workforce in the business by partnering with managers in the employee life cycle.

- Develop effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure positive work environment. Create a robust employee network to understand and act on pulse of the organization.

- Top contributor development, Improve retention and manage employee relations in order to enable Enterprise Transformation.

- Create talent management strategies and develop strategic relationship with business to drive organization goals.

- Engage with managers, enable and focus on their developments to build deeper client relationships.

- Consult and provide guidance to managers and leaders on multiple people initiatives such as employee on boarding, movement, career discussions, employee development, employee relations, performance management, diversity, employee salary reviews, managing difficult situations, managing marginal performers, talent deployment, leadership development, managing span of control, new manager orientations, up skilling of new managers.

- Proactively apply organizational diagnostic expertise to analyze and identify potential design improvements, providing change management support to transformation and restructuring efforts.

- Coach/drive regional leadership team on key HR processes, e.g. Performance Management, succession planning and talent management for pre-defined population, in close cooperation with the national leadership team.

- Responsible for effective training and development for all associates, following learning priorities and guidelines defined by Corporate and act as channel to communicate learning needs to the appropriate specialist.

- Change management - Guardian for changes that have any people implications. Evaluate potential employee challenges and address pro-actively to enhance employee satisfaction.

- Serve as point of contact for employee queries, work with appropriate stake holders for resolution, ensure positive closure and enhance employee experience in the organization. Ensure HR transactions are executed, create process excellence and align with standard organization practices.

- Analyze people processes, data and trends to make recommendations to regional leadership team for continuous improvement. Ensure appropriate controls are in place and managed effectively for all critical HR processes.

- Responsible for leading compensation surveys and advising management best industry practices and enables organization to follow market compensation grids in talent acquisition.

- Supervising compensation & benefits function and ensuring statutory norms are followed as per state employment laws.

Education Qualification :

- MBA from Top business school with relevant experience of 10-15 Years are only invited to apply.
