Reward / Management Information :  - Partner and lead the business groups in the management of compensation benchmarking and reviews in consultation with the Group P&R. Use internal and external data to analyse proposals and ensure consistency across the business.   - Undertake an annual job matching exercise for the businesses using industry norms. Work closely with MI, Rewards team and business heads to provide value add service to the business.   Performance Management :  - Partner with Business Heads to support the performance management process including objective setting, development planning and calibration. Support business to proactively manage high and poor performers.   - Provide guidance / advise to management teams on driving a high performance culture.   Resourcing :  - Work with Resourcing leads and Business Heads as required to understand and respond to their resourcing needs, managing headcount and budget to ensure numbers remain within the Annual and Rolling Operating Plans and relevant business strategy.   - Working with Business Heads to manage the recruitment process and advising the business on compensation and structuring packages, undertaking interviews and supporting on assessment processes as required   - Advise Business Head during any restructure programmes using the application of consistent operating framework, selection methodology, appropriate documentation and advice.   Employee Relations :  - Ensure consistent management of a wide range of issues including poor performance, terminations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, inappropriate behaviour, motivation issues, failure to adhere to the Company's policies and procedures, breaches to regulatory rules etc.   - In conjunction with manager assess legal risks (with supporting advice from Legal professionals if appropriate) of employee relations- issues and advise management as required.   Expatriate Management :  - Liaising with Mobility teams to oversee issues relating to international assignments such as relocation assistance of individual and their family, assessment of compensation, identification of associated costs, tax and immigration implications.   Learning & Development /Talent Management :   - Partner with Learning to ensure appropriate training infrastructure and development needs are delivered to client base.   - Support / advise business with talent management / succession planning and developing realistic /robust development plans   Employee Engagement :   Supports the business in driving D&I initiatives and employee engagement through facilitation of action/focus groups as required and interpretation of annual survey results. Working with the Business area to ensure line manager - ownership- and ongoing delivery around action planning to work towards engagement as Business As Usual.
