We have an opportunity with one of our client in US for the position of Sales Head - HVAC Coils

- Full accountability for meeting individual sales targets in the North America, initially in heat exchanger business starting with HVAC coils (fin-tube construction ; primarily copper tube & aluminum fin) & thereafter all aluminum bar-plate construction heat exchangers / oil coolers for the engine cooling application.

- Develop & present a Sales strategy for targeting the OEM & Aftermarket HVAC business for the HVAC Coils product line

- Direct sales to qualified and unqualified prospects; with a key focus on large & mid-sized OEM HVAC companies.

- Field marketing support (e.g. industry trade shows, promotional events);

- Sales performance tracking, and development of a customer database;

- Develop a nationwide network of service representatives that will provide high quality & cost effective service including but not limited to in/out of warranty repairs to the Company's Customers. (identifying, developing, training, supporting,

- Assist in application engineering initiatives.

- Provide regular feedback on market and customer related issues.

- Closely track & report on competitor actions.

REQUIREMENTS :

- Candidate must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in selling fin-tube type heat exchangers / coils to in the US & Canadian market.

- Candidate must possess a strong working relationship with HVAC OEM's in North America.

- Candidate must have a strong ability to make power point presentations, work on excel & MS Word programs.

- Candidate must be available to travel for at least 75% of the time.

- Candidate that has worked with international supplier would be preferred.

- Due to the internal coordination required with various global manufacturing sites of the group that are located across time zones in Asia & Europe, the Candidate should be highly flexible in his schedule from a timing perspective.

- Must possess at the minimum a Bachelor's Engineering degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering
