Vice President- Advertising Head (from Internet and E-commerce companies only)
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, inspire and develop a team of managers responsible for success of Brand products; foster effective communication, collaboration, employee growth, and awareness of key business initiatives.
- Partner with sales, solutions and account management leadership to grow advertiser spend, ensure advertiser satisfaction, and resolve escalations.
- Drive operational excellence through effective resource allocation, pipeline management, service model alignment, and business reporting.
- Collaborate and partner with product, engineering and 3rd party providers on platform needs and development prioritization (campaign management, reporting, optimization)
- Increase effectiveness of staff and tools by identifying opportunities for improvement, crafting solutions, and ensuring completion.
- Evaluate new technologies, market trends and industry best practices for impact to the LinkedIn Talent Solutions Media business.
Basic Qualifications :
- Graduate degree
- 5+ years- experience building and managing high performing teams
- 10 years+ in Ad Operations or online advertising
Preferred Qualifications :
- MBA preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Superior strategic and analytics skills and ability to simply present complex topics
- Ability to independently lead large projects and deliver to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments
- Should have come from strong technical back ground.
- Should be customer centric.
