Vice President - Fixed Income Operations  Our Global Investment Bank client is looking for Vice President Fixed Income Operations for their Mumbai center.  This role has a presence in different business units and coordinately working with teams like Front Office, Technology, Finance, Sales, audit and Operational Risk Management.  Fixed Income team supports global Sales and Marketing teams across the organization. The team is responsible for various functions like trade allocation, controls, reconciliations & reporting for Fixed Income products like Credit, Rates & FX Derivatives.  Responsibilities :  - Ensuring accurate Associated Franchise Revenue (sales commission per trade) in Middle Office and Finance systems  - Perform key marketing controls to highlight process exceptions in marketed trades  - Performing various control functions to ensure trade values in risk management are in sync with Risk, PNL & downstream applications  - Partner with Change Management teams to drive firm wide strategic re engineering projects  - Drive firm wide & industry projects by partnering with project leads  - Review key metrics to measure controls, workflow capacity, system & team efficiency  - Generate efficiencies by reviewing existing processes, improving STP & increasing capacity  - Manage day-to-day processes across staff members including providing regular feedback, performance reviews and career development opportunities  Desired Candidate Profile :  - Desired candidate must have 12+ years of total experience and out of which he/she is a minimum working as 1 year as VP. 7-8 years in a Fixed Income Products.  - Strong product knowledge; thorough understanding of the end to end transaction cycle for Credit derivative products  Pankaj Pandey
