VP(FINANCE)

- Preferred candidates from E-COMMERCE/ONLINE/DOTCOM/INTERNET Industry

- Involved in Fund Raising

- Substantial cost reductions in various operating areas year on year.

- Improving the Finance systems & process to handle multi-location environment to enable timely reporting.

- Working with a lean team

- Funds management to substantially reduce interest costs

Roles & Responsibilities :

Accounts :

- Heading Accounts function including, General Accounts, Receivables and Payable keeping in view the legal and accounting requirements.

- All Statutory Compliance's

- Statutory (Quarterly & Annual) and Internal Audits

- Taxation matters - Income tax, service tax and VAT/GST

- Cash flow & Fund management

- Ensuring sound financial management and controls in the operations of the group companies located out of India

Audit :

- Providing ongoing assurance to Management about existence of adequate internal controls systems through structured internal audits and other audits and compliance's, including implementing Pre-audit of selected critical areas

MIS, Budgets & Variance Analysis :

- Finalizing annual operating plans and tracking compliance to the same

- Overview and analysis of various MIS including Costs and Budgets with Profitability and Variance Analysis

Systems & Procedures :

- Review and Revision of all Internal Control Systems and streamlining procedures

Cash flow & Fund management :

- Managing relationship with banks

- Treasury management Ensuring efficient use of Funds and obtaining competitive return on Treasury Funds.

- Forex Risk Management Reviewing the Foreign Exchange Currency Risk and mitigating the same from time to time Accountable for

- Keeping Working Capital under control and reviewing all current assets and liabilities from time to time

Decision making process :

- Key contributor in all strategic decisions of the company including appraisal of new / expansion projects
