- This position is with one of the large conglomerate with a turnover of around USD1.4bn having presence diverse sectors.

- Looking for a candidate with 10+ yrs of experience in financial analysis tools, standard accounting practices, MIS reports, M&A, Financial restructuring and company law

Location : Mumbai

Education : CA (Must)

KRA's :

- Financial Reporting

- MIS & Analysis in the areas of revenue/finance/ sales

- Prepare Business plans

- Assist Management with reports

- Budget/ actual and route profitability

- Business performance tracking

- Competition update and analysis

- Corporate budget preparation

- Direct and Indirect taxation, set process for the company to ensure compliance with tax laws and management of all tax related exposures.

- Updated on change in law and its applicability

- Reviews and structures contracts/process entered by the company to ensure efficient tax structure.
