Role: Vice President - F&A

Location: Gurgaon

Reports to: Co-Founder.

Job Responsibilities - The client comes first:

Responsibly conduct client interactions with necessary reports highlighting efforts, result and bottlenecks

- Team's growth: Focus should be on knowledge driven growth for the team

- Building a pipeline: Identify pivotal employees and nurture them to become the second line managers

- Hiring: Support innovation in hiring strategies for finding the best talent pool

- Strategy: Managing the entire technical accounting process for a key insurance client globally; lead the invoicing, collections & cash application

- Culture: Efficiency is our culture and that should be a reflection of the team and work at all times

- Improvements: Optimize productivity and drive accuracy and knowledge improvements

Role Demand & Experience -

Experience

- 10-12 years of extensive knowledge of the P&C Insurance business

- Experience - 10+ years of team leading exposure and have managed teams of 40-50 people (specialists + managers)

- Hands on expertise in accounting & collections processes

- Experience in handling collection via brokers and resolving broker/customer enquiries i.e. providing customer service for Reconciliations & Collection

- Quick learner with ability to adapt to changing environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Hands on style with strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail

- Strong customer service orientation
