Job Description for the role of VP- Sales & CRM -   - Responsible for business development and key account management across India Businesses.  - Defining sales & CRM strategy for existing & new business  - Driving profitable market share.  - Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.  - Work closely with marketing team to develop and execute lead programs.  - Manage overall sales process and set appropriate metrics for sales pipeline.  Client relations :  - Liaise & work with clients on an ongoing basis  - Commercial management  - Client growth/opportunity development  Form constructive relationship with key clients :  - Stakeholder mapping  - Works with teams to create client solutions basis proposals  - Represents our interests with clients and vice versa  - High customer relations with existing clients, ability to anticipate issue escalation  - Working on existing customer & existing business (ECEB)  Work on existing client : new business; and on new business  - Responsible for the following : price hike basis indexation contractual clause and compliance; mapping client organization and building right network.  - Works with other teams : Ops, Pre-sales for RFPs, pricing (commercial discussion)  - Negotiate and owning contracts till SLAs are delivered  - Work on opportunity development - opportunity to grow, build client relationship, performance of account etc
