We are looking VP-Credit & Risk for one of the Investment Bank for Delhi.
Note: Looking for candidates currently designated as VP.

As an VP you will be responsible to:
- You will be responsible to Lead and manage a team of AVPs and ensure delivery for Corporate Banking Middle Office teams.
- Ensure highest quality of pre & post sanction activities/fulfillment, utmost accuracy of pre & post sanction cases, timely submissions, high quality of credit & fit to lend assessment for Coverage and Middle Office teams.
- Monitor the quality of document production & service.
- Ensure compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements and operational efficiency. Drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and drive plans to achieve successful and timely completion as per budget and quality.
- Embed a culture of regular reviews and performance management aligned to GRB standards.
- Act as an SME for the team on Credit Case Writing and Financial modeling, IFRS, interpreting Balance Sheet, cash flows & P&L.
- Maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, related customer business areas and multiple work types: Corporate Banking Origination, Risk & CPO teams.
- Manage the RCA of the process.
- Identify ways of writing a better credit paper, identifying early warning signals by applying different modelling techniques which may in turn help to reduce potential impairments for the bank
- Find new ways of integrating teams across different locations and better hand offs to make the processes more efficient
- Focus on the Transform agenda for the bank by generation of innovative ideas which are advantageous to the business
- Give recommendations on high value deals and guidance to the team on new & important deals along with speaking to the risk team for coming to a consensus on certain deals & our recommendations therein
- Ensure that market insights are captured correctly in the credit cases written by the team
- Presentations to senior stakeholders on the monthly reviews & delivers presentations that capture large, diverse audiences
- Creates widespread ownership and commitment to the organization's policies, goals and strategies by keeping stakeholders and employees informed
Eligibility criteria:
- Completed 12 months at VP grade
- Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance)
- 10 plus years of relevant experience in the similar field
