Job Summary :
- This position plays an important role in the Sales - Business Unit. He/She will be responsible for overall business direction and growth strategy for the Online Market Research Business Unit. Devise business strategies & plans to maximize sales revenues and meet company objectives.
- Engaging with current clients and developing prospective whilst tending to ensure that we continue to lead and expand in a dynamic and growing industry.
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly & monthly revenue streams.
- Drive & lead the entire sales process. Identifying opportunities, opportunity qualification and development, solution customization, proposal development, issue handling, negotiations & deal closure
- To build strong working relationships cross functionally to ensure the delivery of company business goals
- Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customers strategies. Ensuring that the team is continually developing its market, innovation and expert knowledge
- Identify and execute Online Marketing and Promotion activities to continuously create high awareness about the services and solutions of the company
Principal Duties/Responsibilities :
- Marketing our Digital Wallets and Transaction Acquiring Platform
- Developing our Digital Wallets and Acquiring platform marketing strategy
- Making pitches to Corporates and introducing them to our platform
- Responsible for maximizing spends and profitability from Corporate Clients.
- Active participation with Internal teams on Product Operations & Technology etc.
- Working actively with external Marketing team for development of Marketing Communication, Corporate Communication, Web based communication, corporate website etc.
- Working with agency developing user interfaces for our Customer / Corporate / Bank
Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience :
Educational Qualifications : Minimum graduate, Post-graduation/MBA in Sales/Marketing will be a plus
Professional Experience:
- Experience in managing Sales/ Business Development activities of small to medium size Online Market Research Organization in the International market.
- Demonstrated expertise in acquiring new clients and development existing ones.
- Demonstrated attainment of Sales and Revenue targets in a high growth and challenging business environment.
- Self motivated and targets driven individual with a capacity to carve out a steep revenue growth path
- Hands on Experience in working in a diverse, multi-cultural and Global environment is a must.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university required, Masters degree in Business Management is desired, though not mandatory.
- Experience building collaborative environments, teaming cultures, and customer servicemindset among teams
