Vice President - Capital Markets

We are hiring for Vice President - Capital Market

Location: Gurgaon

Role:

- Independent Real Estate Investment Banker doing Sourcing, Marketing, Structuring, Negotiations and Closure to achieve & exceed Individual Revenue Target.

- Work with existing team in NCR and nationally to grow the team collaboration culture and overall business through natural synergies.

- Self sourcing towin and execute sell side fund raising and disposition mandates in NCR

- Fund raising for developers through private equity, NBFCs, other FIs, joint ventures, joint developments

- Cover and Work with all Landlords, Corporate, Developers in NCR

- Transaction scope will be primarily financing (equity and debt) and Core Asset Sales and Selectively Monetisation

- Prepare Investment offering with necessary financial forecasts, investment thesis, transaction structure, etc. and placed with relevant financial institution

- Build relationship with all financial institutions based in NCR.

- Build relationship with all Private equity and institutional investors looking at NCR.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM or CA
