Our client is a leading Independent Property Consultant looking to hire a VP in its capital market team. The person is expected to be an independent deal maker with the following responsibilities:
- Fund raising for developers through private equity, NBFCs, other FIs, joint ventures, joint developments
- Work with Landlords, Corporates, Developers, Individual & Investors
- Business development for acquiring newer clients and Relationship management
- Real Estate Investment Banking - Sourcing, Marketing, Structuring, Negotiations and Closure
- Real estate project feasibility and planning
- Transaction advisory with strong emphasis on end to end advise & coordination through business plan vetting,
financial analysis, commercial and legal/ document negotiations
- Transaction structuring, tax advice coordination, legal advisory coordination, documentation and closure.
- This is a revenue center role with individual revenue targets and shared support analyst pool.
- Ability to independently broker deal.
- Demonstrated ability at closing deals independently is a must as the person will have to hit the ground running
- The role is based out of Mumbai and the ideal candidate would have 8-10 years of real estate experience.
- The candidate should have a demonstrated brokerage ability in terms of personal relationships and deals closed and 10 years of experience.
