FY revenue / profits / market share  2. Growth of sub-base through organic means and acquisitions  3. Quality of service and growth of ARPU (average revenue per user)  4. Organization development / setting up systems and processes  Functional Competencies  1. P&L Management  2. Leadership abilities  3. Managing external partners  4. Managing large organization in multiple locations  5. Ability to operate and instil discipline in large organisation  6. Ability to work in a environment that can be difficult, complex and changing  7. Work with cross-functional teams for common objectives  Roles  Education  Masters/Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent from a Premier Management School  Work Experience  1. Should have Minimum 15 + years- experience  2. Should have Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a managing P&L  3. Should possess strong market Intelligence/Industry knowledge or experience  4. Ability to handle large teams and handle multifunctional projects  5. Must possess Strong interpersonal abilities  6. Must have Strong negotiation, communication & presentation skills
