Vice President/Associate Vice President - IT Audit - BFSI

Role & Responsibilities in brief :

- Coordinate IT Audit activities with the Global Internal Audit Department

- Draft risk assessments, control matrices and audit procedures

- Review IT-based controls within information systems and business processes - identify strengths and weaknesses, and recommend control enhancements

- Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to ensure compliance with applicable regulations

- Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to management

- Partner with IT throughout the organization to ensure that action plans resulting from audit or special project activity are implemented

- Position may require travel to regions for short term assignments (1-2 months)

Role Need :

- The Audit function looks to continuously enhance and improve its audit methodologies, introducing new techniques and innovations like data analytics, guest review programmes, root cause analyses of issues, etc. The India Audit team is at the forefront of several such initiatives.

- Currently, the India Audit team is also spearheading the creation of centres of excellence for supporting the global teams.
