Partnering with all global Asset Servicing teams to provide the necessary operational controls to support the asset servicing function
Providing a consistent level of support for all clients (internal and external), all businesses across all markets and products
Continuously engage with technology and other operational teams to enhance processes, controls and client service levels
Drive industry wide strategies and solutions that will bring improved processes, controls and service levels to the various stakeholders in the investment banking domain
Should Have
Minimum 8 year of relevant financial operations experience (asset servicing/corporate actions experience strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to manage and control multiple daily operational processes and functions
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of seniority across all divisions and businesses of the firm, as well as external vendors, industry stakeholders and clients
- Track record of strong people management skills for teams of at least 10 people
- Creation of business and technology plans and strategies
