Vice President Asset Based Lending

The VP Asset Based Lending participates in the execution and achievement of NBFC strategic initiatives through day-to-day relationship management of a portfolio of ABL customers as the primary contact and contributes to the NBFC profit objectives by participating in the retention, amendment, and renewal process of existing accounts within the assigned portfolio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities -

1. Develops new Asset Based Loans of primarily commercial/business clients. Acts as lead negotiator and Asset Based underwriter with prospects & existing clients.

2. Grows revenue by successfully helping in prospecting for new Asset Based business.

3. Manages the ongoing credit risk of a portfolio of ABL relationships and participates in portfolio meetings with senior management.

4. Responsibility includes evaluation of assets, assigning levels, monitoring resale values of various asset classes, and thus adjusting asset values in the portfolio

5. Ensures ongoing customer satisfaction through managing both the loan structure and customer interface with line and support functions who service their accounts.

6. Retains existing customer relationships designated in a portfolio and acquire new.
