Location of Position : Bangalore
QualificationsPost-graduation: MBA from reputed B schools mandatory
Prior Experience : 3-5 Years of experience in Marketing position in a MNC setup. Candidates from Retail, or
FMCG industries will be preferred .Should have Experience in Events and BTL activation
Role & Responsibilities :
- Handling the complete marketing, visual merchandising and PR activities for the VANS brand
Responsibilities:
- Coordination with APAC team for the Direction and Content for Marketing
- Drive all events – music, skate and lifestyle
- Own the process for digital marketing – soon to be launched social media, website content brief and management, partnered video content
- Seasonal retail marketing - window and in-store visuals, in store promo’s, Customer Marketing, Ecom marketing
- Executes seasonal PR, key stories to the media.
- Outdoor media buying and visual asset management (hoardings, other out of home etc)
- Manages advertisement in select print media
- Seeding influencers, including music/fashion/lifestyle icons
- Coordinates consumer research and insight collation.
- Sets up the environment Vans sell-in sessions (roadshows) 4x a year
- Handling of PR agency, Print Media agency and any other agency which comes on board later
Key Result Areas :
- Timely and effective execution of Marketing in stores as well as in Digital media
- Activity ROI, media costs saving, budget compliance with investments optimized for maximum returns
- Retail footfall, conversions, incremental sales through various marketing programs
- Brand salience, brand equity scores as per targets
