JOB PURPOSE

The main objective of the Job (role) is to build sustainable business for the Education segment through relationship & solutions. The role includes motivating and leading a team that can take the solutions to policy makers and top administrators in the Education segment.

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

The critical accountabilities that must be achieved in order that the job purpose is fulfilled.

- To achieve revenue targets and other number targets

- Responsible for Business Development from Education segment and achieve sustainable growth

- To interact and communicate with Education industry leaders and gain respect on the table (to position brand)

- To listen and grasp customer requirements, business/academic problems and conceptualize Assessment solutions.

- Should have solution orientation and must have done solution selling and/or solution implementation in his / her organization extensively.

- To conceptual knowledge of technology is important and the candidate should be at ease while talking technology.

- Should be able to instill perseverance and ensure focus on long term objectives along with the short-term ones.

- Analytics and reporting by collecting, analysing and summarizing market information
