Vegayan was founded by Dr. Girish Saraph, professor at IIT Bombay and his team at the SINE Business Incubator in IIT Bombay. Subsequently, it has moved out and has set its corporate office at Vikhroli, Mumbai. It is registered as a private limited company with the RoC, Mumbai. IIT continues to remain as equity partner in the company and has a strong association.

Education :

- MBA (2-year full time) with Finance/Strategy/Marketing specialization from Tier-1 institutes (IIMs, SPJain, MDI, XLRI, ISB, Symbiosis, NITIE, JBIMS, FMS-Delhi etc.) + Engineering Graduate (BE or BTech in EE/ECE/IT/CS preferred)

Salary - 12 - 15 L p.a.

Job Description :

- Key strategic role reporting to CEO in a VC-funded, high-tech product company in its early growth stage

- Excellent opportunity to work and hone skills in different aspects of business while making valuable contributions

- Executive assistant to the CEO assisting in different strategic initiatives, business planning and day to day execution

- Prepare Board level presentations and track Board resolutions, action items & communication

- Manage internal review of financial statements, audit process & legal compliances

- Participate in business planning and presentations for VC or external funding rounds and documentation of financial proposals

- Lead legal and due-diligence processes for external/international partnerships, investment rounds or M&A activity

- Conduct market research & business analysis for identifying global technology trends, market opportunities and strategic partnerships

- Refine & enhance market positioning of products in terms of value proposition and competitive advantages in all forms of external communication & marketing collaterals

- Participate & coordinate with CEO in senior level meetings on strategy, vision and execution

- Work with CEO on strategic initiatives and coordinate their execution
