Role/Job Description:  - Owns the Process Management function, defines the overall Process management processes, assigns sub processes at the execution levels, supports the execution of sub processes and measures and controls the business outcomes delivered  - Serves as senior executive contact on matters of process, for all functions and business units  - Manages the processes and process-improvement projects and any process capability building projects so that it delivers immediate benefits  - Drive collaboration across functional areas rather than taking over execution responsibilities  - Provides vocal, cross-functional input for strategic planning  - Capture existing body of knowledge on processes across the organization (List of Processes, Process maps, Process documents, Current Process metrics)   - Develop a list of all processes for each business function and identify core processes   - Initiate high level understanding and mapping of core processes   - Initiate the development of one process language across the organization   - Initiate Capability Development of Process Managers in Best-in-Class Business Process Management   - Owns all BPM systems, such as automation systems, monitoring, application integration, and so on  - Owns traditional improvement approaches that should be applied, such as Lean or Six Sigma  Academic Qualifications  - Preferably Management Graduate   - Six Sigma Black Belt (Optional) / Green Belt (Must)  - PMP / Prince2 Certified (Optional)  - Certified in Process Automation/ Improvement Tools if any would be an advantage  Experience Profile  - Minimum of 8 to 10 Years- Experience in Business Areas in capacity of PMO Lead  - Automotive / Manufacturing industry experience would be an added advantage  Competencies:  - Has a track record of defining and owning BPM methodology and delivery of various forms of process improvement projects   - Addresses all phases of the process lifecycle  - Serves as an integrator between business units and processes distributed across them  - Proven PMO/Project Analyst or Coordinator experience and knowledge of project management   - Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management from a support perspective   - Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes   - Positions and sells BPM and its value proposition across the organization  - Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment   - Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness   - Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups   - Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills and be collaborative, innovative, and focused on value  - Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)  - Sets up people change management initiatives
