Experience Profile: Minimum 06 years of relevant experience
Reporting to: LMD Marketing Head
Role Description
Product Planning & Product launches:
- Represent marketing in new product CFT/ Project teams- VE1100
- Give marketing input related to customer voice/customer need, competition products/ strategy.
- Carry out product clinics to analyze customer / market requirements for effective product planning
- Develop a strategic focus through business case of new products.
- Monitor competition strategy/future plans/market intelligence.
CVP & sales Promotion:
- Convert the CVP established by PPL into sales aid/OPECO.
- Develop appropriate marketing initiatives for existing and new products for supporting the field team
- Demo, caravans, meets, exhibitions, market mapping, market expansion, usage segments etc.
- Development and updating of all promotional material, including sales aids, brochures, posters and other POP
- Design & prepare sales support model wise schemes With Head-Sales
- All kind of sales kits, OPECO, product positioning-Training of DSE & ETB Sales team.
- Organize advertisement in print/electronic/outdoor media
Market Research :
- Co-ordinate & Roll out market surveys, customer feedback surveys. Analyses and presents the survey reports
- Interact with the customers, do benchmark comparisons, understand the usage pattern; operating parameters and other aspects that would help in better understanding of transport operation and identifying new product feature, specifications or a new product variant to meet the customer need better.
- MR for identification of opportunities for new products in the market
Others :
- Coordinate with SPL & PMG for all day to day operational requirement of field team like- FERT codes; non-standard formats; production planning of specific product etc.
