Role Description:  This position entails logistics management to over 20 international business countries for both vehicles and spare parts. It includes coordination with distributor logistics department, VECV custom clearance agencies and plant Supply and Planning department.  - Handling customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by regular analysis and up-gradation of delivery & service quality norms.   - To ensure that order/s get loaded in stipulated time; order analysis, planning to execution  - Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the logistics & documentation operations  - Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems  - Manage operational forecasting and planning processes for exports supply chain  - Designing & implementing effective systems & processes for cost control, productivity enhancement and efficient operations  - Interface with internal & external functional stakeholders for seamless order to delivery  - Identifying key cost drivers & delivering operational cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives.   - Networking with Shipping companies, Logistics partners, Government authorities, Pre-shipment Inspection agencies and compliance with export modalities  - MIS generation for Exports Documentation & Logistics operations  - Commercials & Cost control for logistics & documentation operations.  - Maintaining strong interface with Plant for production & exports planning including CKD operations  Competencies Required:  - Knowledge of International Logistics & Documentation Operations  - Understanding of Trade practises governing exports documentation, shipments and statutory requirements of exports business.  - Excellent communication skills  - Excellent IPR Skills  - Knowledge of SAP & eDCS processes
