Brand Management :
- Develop and implement Short term and long term strategy for the Brand
- Maintain & control advertising and promotion budgets.
- Agency Interaction liaison with creative, media and digital agency on a regular basis to move the brand in the designated direction.
- Identify, develop, innovative and timely execute cost effective communication at the ATL and BTL
- Manage Creative, Media release & PR articles and meet creative requirements for the brand
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing and social media management and monitoring
- Preference will be given to candidate with strong understanding of online marketing channels/ marketing communications programs- user demand/ acquisition, SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, Social Media campaigns etc.
- Develop and manage Content marketing strategy
- New Product Development complete ownership of NPD process, from conceptualization to launch and further taking the category forward.
- Competitive Intelligence & Analysis - Gather and analyze customer insight
- Sales and retail channel management

- Understanding/Appreciation of marketing such as customer segmentation, brand and product management, brand communication, promotions, market research, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple, concurrent projects and initiatives
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter and learn new skills quickly on the job
- Driven, team player that is motivated to take responsibility and ensure successful outcomes across activities.
Education : Graduate in any branch of Science with MBA Marketing.
Digital Marketing knowledge preferred.
