Job Title : Media Manager & Brand Manager

Location: Pune - Urgent Opening

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Experience : 6 - 10 years

- Candidates from Real Estate background will be preferred but not mandatory

Job Responsibilities :

- Working closely with internal marketing team to define, scope and manage effective, strategic media campaigns

- Overseeing the placement of all paid media channels including, but not limited to: broadcast, out-of-home, social, digital, SEM

- Leading day-to-day contact for media agency relationship

- Media Leadership

- Exploring new media channels and opportunities with agency partners

- Identifying new ad tech tools and vendors to bring more direct digital placement in-house Reporting and Budgets

- Ensuring campaigns are on-budget, and approving all media and associated media agency invoices

- Developing/overseeing the development of timely campaign reporting and post-campaign reports

- Initiating and maintaining regular communication with all marketing disciplines and business owners

- Serving as a liaison between media agency and internal marketing team

- Manage brands / sub brands

Essential :

- Have five-plus (4+) years of media agency or relevant client-side experience, with a deep understanding of the media planning process, consumer media behavior and experience with traditional, digital, and social media

- Have hands-on media-buying experience with digital media channels and properties (e.g. Google, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.)

- Possess previous experience with media analytics and media optimization.

- Be an expert in consumer media behavior, and have the ability to translate that into effective strategies for marketing programs

- Be an empowered self-starter, with excellent time management skills, requiring limited supervision

- Lead through influence and positively inspire and challenge others to develop better marketing programs

- Be able to present and defend ideas to senior level audiences
