Value Research - Equity Research Analyst

Responsibilities

- Spot and write data lead or topical trend stories on Indian markets, industries and stocks

- Contribute towards identifying stock ideas and writing investment thesis

- Groundwork and desk research on stock recommendations

- Validation and fact checking of stock recommendations

- Refine, improve and produce quantitative stock features

- Contribute to develop and refine online stock tools

Qualification / Skill Set

- Should be first class commerce or economics graduate, MBA, CA, CWA or CFA (AIMR)

- Should be driven and motivated to work in small teams

- Should have a keen interest in stock markets and investing

- Must have an aptitude for data analysis and basic knowledge of Excel

- Must possess sound ability to speak and write in English

- 1-4 years of experience, preferably in financial services
