Valiance Solutions - Statistical Analyst - R

Business Analyst with 1 - 5 years of experience for Analyst position within Decision sciences team of Valiance Solutions Pvt. Ltd., an Analytics Consulting firm based out of Noida, India. Prior experience in using R for statistical insights in required.

Analytics Decision Sciences team is responsible for handling projects to support the modelling needs of our clients across domains & geographical regions. The work would primarily involve use of Customer/Operational/Social Media data and application of statistical tools and techniques to achieve following

1) Developing statistical, Financial and judgment based models to enhance the business decision making.

2) Running and administrating Analytical/Modelling Tools & Techniques and coordinating within and across ADT teams for project delivery and client interaction.

3) Drawing managerial insights through Statistical Techniques and Predictive Modelling

4) Managing client satisfaction, feedback process, managing/tracking workflow

5) Drawing actionable recommendations from data for senior management.

Desired Skills & Experience

1) Graduation or Master's degree from reputed College/University with concentration on quantitative field such as statistics or economics

2) 1 - 2 years of experience in Advance Analytics within consulting environment.

3) Good theoretical and practical knowledge of tools SAS, R, SPSS, SQL, VBA etc

4) Ability to comprehend intricate and diverse range of business problems and analyze them with limited or complex data and provide a feasible solution framework.

5) Consulting Skills: Ability to impact business decisions through analytics and research

Location

4- 6 months onsite Bangalore initially.
