Urjas is looking for a Manager - Business Development with capability to do sales of industrial machinery which requires technical understanding and sales skills to explain the product advantages. We are a funded IIT Bombay startup and the opportunities are limited only by your interest and skill set.
Key Functions:
Shall report to Head Business Development
Market Research to identify and strategise prospective clients
Generate and maintain leads through calls, personal visits and follow-ups
Maintain company blogs, publish articles, use social media for company publicity etc
Customer Satisfaction and CRM - Overall relationship management skills.
Specific Skill Set:
B2B capital machinery market research and sales exposure
Good communication skills complemented with successful negotiations skills
Have the tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
MBA degree (In Marketing) with an engineering background preferred but not necessary
Compensation: Commensurate with the best in industry.
Variable pay structure above the fixed salary to reward performance.
