Job Responsibilities  - Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.   - Ensure all statutory compliance of the organization are met including taxation and company law matters.  - Manage day to day operations of the Finance department of the Unit   - Control & monitor all departmental costs on a regular basis to ensure performance against budget.   - Responsible for Books of accounts like Cash book, Bank book, A/c Receivables and A/c Payables.   - End to end responsibility for monthly and annual financial close process.   - Primary point of contact for banking relationships  - Manage a team of 3-4 people and lead the transition from Tally based accounting to ERP  - End to end responsibility for statutory audits and internal audits and control.  Job Requirements :   - CA with 4-6 yrs of experience  - Well versed with Tally, exposure to ERP system will be preferred.
