Preside over facilities management, allocate office space, oversee mail department, pantry management, materials scheduling, records management, telecommunications management, security, recycling, wellness, and transportation services.  - Plan long and short-term maintenance needs.  - Modernize and update equipment.  - Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.  - Oversee the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts related to the purchase or sale of equipment, materials, supplies, products, or services.  - Plan workspaces.  - Maintaining a safe and secure work environment.  Requirements:  - 3 - 6 years of work experience in a similar role  - Proven experience of efficient supervision and support activities  - Demonstrated experience in handling vendors and external service suppliers  - Ultra - organized  - Excellent interpersonal skills  - Excellent MS Office skills  - Self-motivation is a must
