Upstur.com is the start up that resides in Kuwait and it is a website that serves as a registration platform that brings together all types of activities under one platform. Gyms, workshops, classes, lectures, trips and so much more. In order for all businesses to benefit from one another and to maximize exposure from each others audiences.

Project managers are expected to have excellent planning and project management skills, demonstrate creative thinking, have an eye for details and should be an excellent problem solver. Must be a team leader and able to lead the team to achieve the goals set by the company. They approach everyday problem with a solutions approach backed by logic and facts.

Upstur is Looking for a Product manager that will:

- Cover End to End Management of the website's control system

- Handle Recruitment

- Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new service ideas and/or service changes.

- Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs

- Maintain product management staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

- Maintain product management staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

- Handle Product Development

- Be an advisor/Partner in the systematics of the start up

- Handle the technical areas that the website requires

- Maintain the systems back end.

Location

Selected personnel will be based out of our Kuwait office.

- Code Language is currently running as asp.net

- Please keep in mind this is a partnership, working on this start up together.

- Upstur.com is looking for a technical leader someone that will join the team and take on this startup and build a new innovative platform for all people.
