Manager/ Manager)  Location: Mumbai   Reporting to: GM - Planning & Commercial   Purpose: This is a core planning job and the person will be responsible for end to end planning of products for a set of units. He has to ensure we deliver the products within available capacity as per customer requirement  Key Responsibility:   - Forecasting plans for a certain period and sending it down to the plant level  - Ensuring visibility of material availability to sales against their requirements.  - Ensuring on time in full delivery as per commitment   - Communication with unit planners for meeting committed targets  - Ensuring production plan through systems (APO)  - Analyzing capacities based on budgets and annual commitments  Education and Experience:  - Graduation + MBA in Supply chain/ Operations/ Strategic planning  - 3-6 years of experience in Supply Planning in FMCG/ Pharma/Specialty Chemicals or similar industry  Functional Skills required:  - Extensive knowledge about the industry  - Knowledge of SAP & APO  - Good forecasting abilities  - Analytical skills and ability to relate numbers  - Ability to anticipate future needs and requirements and act accordingly   Behavioural Skills required:  - Proactive  - Excellent communication  - Customer Focus  - Problem Solving Skills  - Ability to plan and organize meticulously
