B2B Regional Manager
The individual will be a part of UpGrad's B2B team and will drive enterprise relationships with large & medium scale corporates to drive sales and revenues. Specific role of the individual is to build trusted relationship with Business Leaders, Human Resource and Learning & Development stakeholders in organisations across industry verticals
Key Deliverables :
- Lead the growth of enterprise and corporate sales with focus on achieving sales targets and quotas as the - Regional Head B2B-
- Build partnership with organisations to identify developmental needs of employees & offer UpGrad programs
- Conduct discovery workshops and meeting to identify organisations specific requirements
- Work with business users and leaders to develop customised solutions that address the organisations specific requirements
- Build trusted relationship with key stakeholders to position UpGrad as key knowledge partner
Skills :
- Good experience in managing consultative sales situations
- Good understanding of hiring and learning needs of corporate
- Understanding of Online business models
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross functional team
