UpGrad has a committed capital of 100Cr and in the first year of operations, has built the largest revenue generating online program in India (PG Diploma in Data Analytics) and the largest enrollment online program in India (Startup India learning program).  Your Role :  Manages and develops the team of Talent Acquisition folks.   Designs, develops and maintain the hiring process in the organization (including its description, required matrix, regular reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)  Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum hiring channel and its source  Explores the market best practices in the hiring and implement appropriate best practices in the organization  Builds a quality relationship with the internal & external stakeholders  Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the hiring process  Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization  Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)  Maintain data & hiring dashboard   Your Profile :  At least 5 yrs experience in Talent Acquisition  Handled the team for at least 1yr  Stakeholder Management  Familiar to excel & basic formulas   Street Smart!
